The Department of Commerce and Management Studies, in association with IQAC, organized COMMERZIA '26 – Commerce Day Celebration on 05 August 2026 at 10.00 a.m. in the Smart Room of Fathima Arts and Science College, Moothedam.
The programme began with a prayer, followed by the welcome address by Ms. K. Sharanya, Programme Coordinator. The programme was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Dr. Shibin P. James, Principal. Felicitations were offered by Rev. Fr. Sabin Abraham, Rev. Fr. Abraham Pathakkal, and Dr. Mrs. Najiya Beegum (IQAC Coordinator).
The keynote session on "Financial Freedom Starts Today" was delivered by Mr. Abdul Jasik K., Assistant Professor, JNASC Edavanna. The session focused on financial literacy, savings, investment, and entrepreneurship.
The celebration included Business Quiz, Marketing Battle, Ideathon, Reels Competition, and various Spot Games, with enthusiastic student participation.
